Open Position:
Lakeland Hospice & Home Care located in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a full-time Executive Director. The position will determine and formulate policies and provide the overall direction of Lakeland Hospice & Home Care within the guidelines set up by the Board of Directors and by state and federal regulations. The position will involve planning, directing and coordinating operational activities at the highest level of management with the help of staff and managers. The agency serves West Central MN. Masters degree in Healthcare or a related field required with a minimum three years related experience. Consideration will be given to those planning to obtain a Masters degree.
